My Passion
I first developed my interest for cooking, at the age of nine, in my mother’s kitchen. That passion stayed with me and after high school, I decided to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu, in California.
After graduating, I jumped head first into the culinary world, traveling to many cities across the U.S. to learn various regional cuisines, techniques, & recipes, that I now use in my own personal cooking style… “Comfort food, with a new age fine dining twist.”
